Q: How do I order?

A: You can order select custom cakes through our Cake/treats Specials menu.  Please order your custom cakes at least 2 weeks in advance. Contact us via email at bellaellacakesorders@gmail.com or at 321-307-7847 to ensure your date is available.  Every Day cakes must be ordered 7 days in advance.

If you would like to order a custom cake other than what is listed on the website, please contact us via Instagram at www.instagram/bella_ella_cakes and use our Custom cake Inquiry form.  Please allow up to 2 days for a response.  If we accept the order, you will receive an invoice via email to be paid within 2 days of receipt.  We do not reserve your cake/event date until a payment is received.  We also reserve the right to take other orders when your invoice has not been paid.  If ordering within 2 weeks of event date, you must make payment in full to reserve your cake/desserts or dessert table setup.  We do offer payment plans for orders over 30 days and over $300.00

Q. What is your refund policy?

We do not usually offer refunds on any CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED cakes, treats or decorations.  

However, the the first $100 paid is used to reserve your event date.  If any monies are to be reimbursed after the initial $100.00, it will be at the discretion of Bella Ella Cakes.  If you need to cancel, we asked that you please do so at least 4 weeks in advance in writing and allow at least 30 days for a refund.  We do understand emergencies may occur, but please also understand that by reserving your event date, we loose out on other possible orders and we also have to invest time and purchase products to create your custom design.  

Q. What is your refund policy for rentals?

The first $75 of your payment is used to reserve your date. No refunds on the first $75 paid. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 4 weeks in advance to qualify for reimbursement. Please allow up to 30 days for refund. 

By paying for this product (rental items), you agree that you, the customer or person paying for rental items are responsible for any damages to rental items, including lost or breakage of items from time of pickup, delivery or install until returned to Bella Ella Cakes. All props, decorations, furnishings, and equipment are the property of Bella Ella Cakes. Should any items be damaged or taken by client/customer, guest, its vendors or its employees, the client/customer or payor agrees to pay the replacement cost of these items.  

Q. Do you provide cake stands or display platters?

Yes, we do. We carry several types, sizes and colors.  Please see our Party Rental Section.  There is a deposit and damage fee required to reserve your rental.  Once items have been returned with no damage, your damage fee will be reimbursed within 3 to 5 business days.  Any questions, please email at bellaellacakesorders@gmail.com or call 321-307-7847. 

Q: Do you ship or deliver? 

A: We do not ship at this time.  Our cakes must be picked up or delivered. 

If you choose to pick up your cake and/or desserts, we are not responsible for any mishandling or damages that may occur after it leaves our place of business.  Cakes are fragile and must be handled by holding it from the bottom and not the sides. Our cakes are well-structured and our packaging is sturdy. You must ensure that your vehicle has proper AC and that its free of items that may fall/move and cause damage to the cakes and/ or treats.

Cakes are also best kept indoors. Cakes displayed outside may melt. it is best to be kept away from direct sunlight or any heat source.  We are not responsible for any damages to the cakes or treats after it has been picked up or delivered.  

If delivery is required, please note there is a fee of .75 cents per mile round trip with a minimum charge of $15.  If the round trip is 30 miles, then the charge will be $22.50.  We do not deliver more than 60 miles round trip. 

 Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button.

Q. What are your prices?

Prices are based on serving size, complexity of the design and time it takes to complete. We also may charge a rush fee for any custom cakes ordered less than 2 weeks. 

Q. Do you provide tastings?

Yes we do for any order over $200 for a small fee.  We also offer cake cups in a variety of different flavors that can be purchase on our website.  

 

Q. Can you provide a sketch for my cake?

We DO NOT provide this service at this time.   Please send us a picture of inspiration so we can further discuss.  Once agreed on a design, and invoice paid, any additional changes will incur a fee of $35 each change.  All changes must be finalized 1 month prior to the event date.
